This meeting serves as preparation for participation in the Forum’s annual program.
The forum addresses absenteeism (absence from work) due to family responsibilities. We will explore how coordinated communication between employers, insurance, health and social institutions and different service providers and organisations can help to reduce absenteeism among employees who are faced with caring responsibilities for sick and elderly family members. Additionally, support programs for employees in complex family situations will be considered.
