History of the initiative for public sector professionals

The first involvement of the author of the Initiative – for seniors in the city of Rijeka – was reported in 1984.
Participation in the drafting of the Croatian Nursing Care Act, research into the living habits of older people in Austria, the planning of housing models for older people and all-day care at home were complemented by membership of the Reference Center for Geriatrics of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia.

Organizational structure

The initiative was launched by Second Opinion, which takes full responsibility for its implementation. The economic, technical, expert, and research segments have been entrusted to our collaborators and partners.
Over the past decade, we have collaborated with more than 200 specialists in IT, HR, event management, marketing and sales, CRM, and administrative tasks. (DOWNLOAD)

Budget

The sustainability of the initiative is based on flexible self-financing. The financing structure is realized through grants, fees, subscriptions and accreditations.
Interaction between users and independent experts is ensured through order payments, freemium models and project-based payments. All members are obliged to pay administrative fees.
